OAK

Set in a historic Ghent townhouse, OAK delivers an immersive fine-dining experience under chef Marcelo Ballardin. Seasonal creativity, global influences, exceptional craftsmanship, and standout dishes like Hamachi with cherry make this Michelin-starred restaurant one of Belgium’s most memorable culinary destinations.

Aux petits oignons

Aux Petits Oignons blends seasonal Belgian cuisine with imaginative flavor combinations in the heart of Jodoigne. Chef Stéphane Lefèbvre delivers a Michelin-starred experience featuring lobster, asparagus, and inventive pairings, complemented by warm hospitality and memorable desserts that showcase both creativity and craftsmanship.

Le Carmin

Nestled in the heart of Beaune, Le Carmin combines Michelin-starred cuisine with genuine hospitality and exceptional value. Chef Christophe Quéant showcases seasonal ingredients and refined French techniques in an elegant historic setting, creating a memorable dining experience that stands out among Burgundy’s finest culinary destinations.

Odille

Odille redefines fine dining through emotion, immersion, and craftsmanship. At the chef’s table, Casimir Evens and Lotte Bloem create a Michelin-starred experience where time stands still, connections matter, and every detail contributes to an unforgettable journey that lingers long after the final course.

Sensum

Despite its stunning Art Nouveau setting and moments of culinary promise, Sensum failed to deliver a consistently enjoyable experience. Service shortcomings and a tense atmosphere overshadowed the meal, leaving the restaurant’s Michelin-starred cuisine unable to fully compensate for an overall experience that felt disappointing rather than memorable.

Fine Fleur

Fine Fleur delivers a refined Michelin-starred experience in Antwerp’s Botanic Sanctuary. Chefs Jacob Jan Boerma and Thomas Diepersloot showcase creativity through unexpected flavor pairings, while warm hospitality and elegant surroundings complete a memorable journey. A destination that deserves a place on every fine dining enthusiast’s list.

Elkano

Elkano is a true icon of Basque gastronomy, where Aitor Arregui continues the legacy established by his father, Pedro Arregui. Renowned for its mastery of seafood grilling and unwavering respect for tradition, this Michelin-starred restaurant in Getaria offers an authentic and memorable taste of Spain’s coastal culinary heritage.

Centpourcent

Despite its Michelin-starred reputation, my second visit to Centpourcent failed to change my initial impression. While the setting is elegant, the dishes often lacked depth and the service felt distracted at times. A restaurant with many admirers, but one that ultimately did not align with my personal expectations.
